Lofos Studios are situated on the main road to Keri, elevated on a hillside above the country road and offer magnificent views of the surrounding area in a very quiet and private location.
Keri Lake is on the South side of the beautiful island of Zakynthos and has a pretty beachfront with small tavernas and shops. Only 15 kilometres from Zante town and the Airport, the resort is easily accessible by road and you will pass through the wonderful countryside and olive groves to arrive in this tranquil and beautiful resort.
Keri Lake appeals to holidaymakers who are looking for a quiet holiday away from the crowds of the commercialized resorts and want to feel that they are really in Greece in the best sense of the word.

ACCOMMODATION
The traditional stone studios are situated amongst the olive trees in a wonderfully peaceful and relaxing environment, just 1 kilometre from the beach front of Keri Lake and consist of 15 studios suitable for 2-3 persons.
The property offers comfortable and spacious accommodation, large shady balconies and good quality furnishings.
All rooms have air conditioning, TV, 24 hour hot water, mosquito screens on all windows, private bathroom with bath and shower, fully equipped kitchenette with two ring hob and full size fridge. |

The first floor attic studios have rustic wooden ceilings which give the studios a homely feel. Each studio has its own balcony with amazing views over the Keri countryside.
Opposite the studios there is a simple snack bar where you can enjoy a coffee or a cold drink or choose from their range of snacks, from this snack bar you can order a breakfast, a coffee, a last drink on your way back to your studio or you can sit and enjoy barbecued kebabs, tasty sandwiches or a cool ice cream under the shade of the olive trees. |

FACILITIES
The friendly family owners are available to help with anything you may require during your stay and can arrange transfer to and from the airport.
They can also rent small boats for exploring the nearby Marathonisi (known as Turtle Island), keri caves and the national marine park to see the loggerhead turtles Caretta-Caretta.
You can also experience the traditional way of life by stepping back in time and taking a donkey trek through the countryside.

LOCATION-DISTANCES
Keri Lake though a small resort, offers its holiday maker most of the important facilities necessary to make their holiday comfortable. A selection of shops are to be found on the main road, quite a narrow road through the olive groves, leading to the beach. The holiday maker can find super-markets, garden restaurants, a bakers shop, a butchers shop, a petrol station, an exchange bureau, tourist shops and a car/moped hire shop, but all are very small and personal.
Keri Lake Lagoon is a resting and feeding ground for birds migrating across the continent and the bays of Laganas and Marathonisi are the nesting beaches of the sea turtle caretta-caretta and an endangered species of monk seals (Monahus-Monahus). Wildflowers intersperse this region throughout the year and the hills of Keri and Marathias are also protected landscapes because of their outstanding natural beauty.
The locals have tried very hard to keep the local colour and to protect the environment and they have a lot of respect for the natural beauty of their surroundings which they have kept in mind when building their resort. |
