Welcome to Villa Xenos, located in Kalamaki a resort on the south east of Zante. Villa Xenos is a family run business, with peaceful attractive gardens consisting of palm trees, beautiful colourful flowers typical of Zakynthos, and other lush greenery. We also have a welcoming reception area.
Kalamaki is an up and coming resort, which has a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. The main attraction of Kalamaki is that it is where the Logger head turtles come to lay their eggs.
The beach in Kalamaki is a beautiful long stretch of sandy coastline, which is great for swimming as it gently shelves into the sea.
ACCOMMODATION
Villa Xenos is family run and has 2 studios rooms which are suitable for 2-3 persons and also 3 apartments which are suitable for 4-5 people with the option of an extra bed.
The studio rooms are 23 sqm in size, and have 1 double and 1 single bed.
The apartments are 46 sqm and have two bedrooms; one with a double and a single bed and the other bedroom with 2 single beds. Each bedroom in the apartment has its own air-conditioning and wardrobe.
All accommodation whether studio or apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchenette, fridge, air-conditioning, T.V, furnished balcony and a bathroom with a shower.
